Heimstaden Bostad calls all €500 million floaters due 2023

Buffalo, N.Y., Dec. 21 – Heimstaden Bostad AB issued a notice of redemption for all of its €500 million callable floating-rate notes due Jan. 12, 2023 (ISIN: XS2284258345), according to a notice on Tuesday.

The notes will be redeemed Jan. 21 at €1,000 per calculation amount, which is the optional redemption amount.

The notes will be canceled after redemption.

Heimstaden is a real estate company based in Malmo, Sweden.
