Sanofi calls €1 billion 1.125% notes due 2022 on Jan. 10

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 20 – Sanofi intends to redeem its €1 billion of 1.125% notes (ISIN: FR0012146777) due March 10, 2022 on Jan. 10, 2022 and delist the bonds on that date, according to a notice to bondholders.

The redemption price per €100,000 bond will be equal to par plus interest accrued to, but excluding, Jan. 10, 2022. The company expects to pay a total of €100,909.25 per note.

Sanofi is a Paris-based biopharmaceutical company.
