Barclays to redeem £20.5 million floating-rate capital notes on Jan. 31

Lexington, Ky., Dec. 9 – Barclays will redeem in full all outstanding £20.5 million undated floating-rate primary capital notes, series 3 (ISIN: XS0015014615) on Jan. 31, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued and unpaid interest to the settlement date.

On Jan. 31 or soon thereafter the listing and admission of notes to trading on the regulated market of the London Stock Exchange will be canceled.

The original issue of the notes was £200 million.
