Credit Agricole seeks holder OK to amend yen-denominated floaters

Los Angeles, Nov. 29 – Credit Agricole SA announced it will convene a general meeting of the holders of its Japanese yen subordinated floating-rate bonds issued on June 26, 2015 (ISIN: JP525022FF63).

The issuer is seeking to amend the bonds to substitute TONA for Japanese yen Libor, according to a Friday press release.

The bondholders’ meeting will be held at 2 a.m. ET on Dec. 17.

The banking group is based in Montrouge, France.
