Mexico’s America Movil will redeem 4¾% notes due 2022 in December

Chicago, Nov. 24 – America Movil SAB de CV announced the upcoming early redemption of its 4¾% senior notes due 2022 (ISIN: XS0519902852), according to a notice.

The company will redeem the notes with a make-whole premium at Bunds plus 40 basis points on Dec. 23.

Interest will also be paid to the redemption date.

Bank of New York Mellon (Luxembourg) SA is the paying agent.

America Movil is a Mexico City-based telecommunications company.
