Indonesia’s ABM Investama will early redeem 7 1/8% notes at 101.781

Chicago, Nov. 22 – PT ABM Investama Tbk. has opted to redeem its $350 million 7 1/8% senior notes due 2022 (ISINs: USY708CHAA88, US69379AAA34) early, according to a notice.

The company will redeem the notes on Dec. 22 at 101.781 plus interest to the redemption date.

Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee and collateral agent.

The energy resources, services and infrastructure company is based in South Jakarta, Indonesia.
