Cargotec calls €150 million senior notes due 2022 at par

Los Angeles, Nov. 10 – Cargotech Corp. gave notice that it will redeem on Dec. 28 its €150 million senior notes due March 28, 2022 (ISIN: FI4000243316).

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest.

Cargotec said it will use existing liquidity reserves to finance the redemption.

Based in Helsinki, Finland, Cargotec makes cargo-handling machinery for ships, ports, terminals and local distribution.
