IOU Financial repurchases $900,000 convertibles at discount

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 4 – IOU Financial Inc. is repurchasing $900,000 of its convertible debentures at a discount, according to a news release.

In total, this brings year-to-date repurchases to $3.2 million.

The Montreal company is an online lender for small businesses in the United States.
