Coronado Finance calls $35 million portion of 10¾% notes due 2026

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 28 – Coronado Finance Pty Ltd. will redeem $35 million of its 10¾% senior secured notes due 2026 on Nov. 15 at 103 plus accrued interest, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The redemption amount represents 10% of the $350 million of notes issued and outstanding.

Wilmington Trust NA is the trustee.

The issuer is a Queensland, Australia-based coal producer.
