OMV calls €750 million fixed-to-reset rate perpetuals for redemption

Buffalo, N.Y., Oct. 27 – OMV AG will redeem all of the €750 million principal amount of perpetual subordinated fixed-to-reset rate notes (ISIN: XS1294342792) on the first call date, according to a press release Wednesday.

The notes will be redeemed on Nov. 30 at par plus accrued interest.

OMV is an oil and gas company based in Vienna, Austria.
