Constellium calls $200 million portion of 2026 notes for redemption

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 26 – Constellium SE has called $200 million of its $500 million of outstanding 5 7/8% senior notes due 2026 for redemption on Nov. 25, according to a press release.
The notes will be redeemed at 101.469, plus interest to the redemption date.
Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas is the trustee.
The aluminum producer is based in Amsterdam.
