If Skadeforsakring will redeem all subordinated notes due 2041 at par

Chicago, Oct. 25 – If Skadeforsakring AB announced the upcoming redemption on Dec. 8 of all €110 million subordinated fixed-to-floating-rate callable notes due 2041 (ISIN: XS0716687388) at par plus interest, according to a notice.

The paying agent is Deutsche Bank Luxembourg, with the principal paying agent listed as Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch.

The issuer is a Stockholm-based insurance services provider.
