China’s Zhongliang has now repurchased 16.5% of November 2021 notes

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 18 – Zhongliang Holdings Group Co. Ltd. made more repurchases of its $200 million 8 7/8% senior notes due November 2021, according to an announcement.

The company repurchased another $9.5 million of notes on Oct. 18.

The group has now repurchased a total of $33 million, or 16.5%, of the notes.

The repurchased notes may or may not be canceled.

The company will monitor market conditions and its financial structure and may repurchase more of the notes.

Zhongliang is a residential property management company based in Shanghai.
