Breeze Finance redeems and cancels, class A, B, C secured bonds

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 5 –Breeze Finance SA announced to redemption and cancellation of three series of bonds, according to a notice.

The bonds include the €70.75 million 4.524% class A secured bonds due 2027 (ISIN: XS0294895999), €76.3 million 6.708% class B secured bonds due 2027 (ISIN: XS0294895726) and €84 million 11¾% class C secured bonds due 2027.

The bonds were redeemed on Oct. 4.

Breeze Finance is a Luxembourg-based special-purpose finance vehicle for the Breeze Three wind power partnership, which consists of 45 wind farms located in Germany and France. It is a subsidiary of Unicredit Group, a banking group based in Milan.
