ChampionX expects to redeem $90 million of 6 3/8% notes due 2026

Los Angeles, Sept. 8 – ChampionX Corp. said it plans to redeem $90 million of its 6 3/8% senior notes due 2026 this month.

The company expects to deliver a redemption notice to holders on or around Sept. 13.

The redemption will take place 10 days following the notice.

The redemption price will be 104.781 plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The company plans to use proceeds from the sale of its Corsicana, Tex., chemical manufacturing plant and cash on hand to fund the redemption.

ChampionX is a chemical and engineering upstream energy business based in The Woodlands, Tex.
