Breeze Finance gets votes from bondholders at Aug. 11 meeting
Chicago, Aug. 12 – Breeze Finance SA’s bondholders passed a second extraordinary resolution relating to the bond trust deed between the issuer and BNY Mellon Corporate Trustee Services Ltd. as trustee, according to a notice.
Meetings were held on Aug. 11 for bondholders of the €70.75 million outstanding 4.524% class A secured bonds due 2027 (ISIN: XS0294895999), €76.3 million 6.708% class B secured bonds due 2027 (ISIN: XS0294895726) and €84 million outstanding 11¾% class C secured bonds due 2027.
The second extraordinary resolution includes consideration of certain proposals which would have the effect of, among others, reducing or canceling the principal amount of, any scheduled payment amount on/or interest on, or varying the method of calculating the rate of interest or reducing the applicable rate of interest on, the bonds.

Breeze Finance is a Luxembourg-based special-purpose finance vehicle for the Breeze Three wind power partnership, which consists of 45 wind farms located in Germany and France. It is a subsidiary of Unicredit Group, a banking group based in Milan.
