China Everbright Water holders may sell back bonds due 2023 at par

Los Angeles, July 14 – China Everbright Water Ltd. announced that holders will have the option to sell back all or a portion of their 2018 corporate bonds.

The selling price will be par of RMB 100.

Holders who wish to exercise their sell-back option are required to register within the period from July 20 to July 26, both dates inclusive.

Registration may be withdrawn within the period from July 20 to Aug. 10, both dates inclusive.

Settlement is slated for Aug. 16.

China Everbright originally issued RMB 800 million of the five-year bonds in August 2018.

The Beijing-based company invests and operates in the water environment sector.
