Shunten partially redeems HK$27 million of convertible bonds
Chicago, July 2 – Shunten International (Holdings) Ltd. partially redeemed some of its HK$180 million convertible bonds, according to a press release.
The company redeemed HK$27 million of the bonds on June 20.
None of the redeemed bonds have been converted into conversion shares.
After the partial redemption, there are HK$14 million of the convertibles outstanding.
The company conducted the redemption to manage its capital structure and reduce finance costs.
Shunten International is a Hong Kong-based health care products distributor.
