China’s Fantasia repurchases another $8.5 million of notes

Chicago, June 25 – Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Ltd. has purchased another $8.5 million of notes from three series, according to a press release.

Fantasia repurchased $3 million of notes due June 2023, $2.5 million of notes due July 2023 and $3 million of notes due October 2023, in the open market.

A total of $50.1 million of outstanding senior notes have been purchased on the open market.

The company plans to keep repurchasing notes depending on market conditions.

Fantasia is a property development company based in Shenzhen, China.
