Bombardier gives notices to redeem all 5¾% notes, some 6% notes

Columbus, Ohio, June 22 – Bombardier Inc. issued a partial redemption notice for $475 million of its outstanding 6% senior notes due 2022 and a full redemption notice for its outstanding 5¾% senior notes due 2022, according to two news releases.

The redemption date is July 22.

Bombardier is a Valcourt, Quebec-based aerospace and transportation company.
