Fragrance Group repurchases S$30 million 4¾% series 003 notes

Chicago, June 18 – Singapore’s Fragrance Group Ltd. repurchased S$30 million of its 4¾% notes due Nov. 23, 2021 (ISIN: SG7JH0000009), according to a notice.

Following the repurchase, S$70 million of the principal amount of the notes remains outstanding.

Fragrance is a real estate developer with two divisions: property and hotels.
