RSA Insurance calls £350 million 1 5/8% notes due 2024

Concord, N.H., June 14 – RSA Insurance Group plc said it has called early its £350 million 1 5/8% notes due Aug. 28, 2024 (ISIN: XS2041038444), according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at 104.157 on the redemption date of June 16.

RSA Insurance, formerly Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Group plc, is the holding company of the RSA group of insurance companies based in Horsham, England.
