Aigues de Barcelona calculates interest for 1.944% notes redemption

Chicago, June 14 – Aigues de Barcelona Finance, SAU gave details regarding the calculation of interest for its upcoming early redemption of the €200 million 1.944% notes due 2021 (ISIN: XS1107552959).

The notes will be redeemed on June 15 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Total interest due on the notes is €2,916,000, according to a Monday notice.

Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch is the agent, as previously reported.

The water management and wastewater services company is based in Barcelona.
