Banco Comercial Portugues to hold covered bondholder meetings

Chicago, May 20 – Banco Comercial Portugues SA is holding a meeting regarding its covered bonds at 6 a.m. ET on June 29, according to a notice.

The meeting only has one agenda item: to appoint Bondholders, SL to replace Deutsche Trustee Co. Ltd. as common representative of the series 9 holders.
