Yellow Pages to redeem C$107 million exchangeable debentures

Concord, N.H., April 23 – Yellow Pages Ltd. plans to redeem in full its C$107,033,000 of exchangeable debentures on May 31, according to a company release.

The notes will be purchased for par plus accrued interest.

Yellow Pages is a digital media and marketing company based in Montreal.
