China Southern Airlines A share bonds are convertibles on April 21
Chicago, April 13 – China Southern Airlines Co. Ltd. announced that a conversion period of the A share convertible bonds starts on April 21, according to a notice.
The company publicly issued 160 million A share convertible corporate bonds at par of RMB 100 in October 2020.
According to the terms and regulations, the bonds will be convertible next week.
The airline is based in Guangzhou, China.
