Century Aluminum gives results of tender offer for 12% notes due 2025

Concord, N.H., April 12 – Century Aluminum Co. gave the results for its any-and-all cash tender offer for $250 million 12% senior secured notes due 2025 (Cusips: 156431AL2, U1565PAD8, 156431AM0), according to a press release on Monday.

As of 5 p.m. ET on April 9, the company had received tenders for $195.91 million of the notes, which commenced on April 5.

As previously reported, Century Aluminum is offering $1,074.32 per $1,000 note.

Settlement is planned for April 14.

The company plans to call any notes not tendered for redemption on May 14. For the redemption, the notes will be redeemed at par plus a make-whole redemption premium.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the dealer manager for the tender offer.
