China Minmetals calls $400 million perpetual capital securities

New York, March 26 – China Minmetals Corp. is redeeming $400 million of senior perpetual capital securities pursuant to an optional redemption, according to a regulatory announcement.

The call date is May 13.

The issuer will redeem all of the outstanding notes at par plus any accrued distribution and then cancel and delist the notes.

The metals and minerals trading company is based in Beijing.
