Cinemark to redeem final $66.01 million 5 1/8% notes due 2022

New York, March 16 – Cinemark USA plans to redeem all of the outstanding $66.01 million of its 5 1/8% senior notes due 2022 following the expiration of a cash tender offer to purchase the notes, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

By the expiration of the tender offer and the notice of guaranteed delivery date, $333.99 million of the notes, or 83.5%, had been validly tendered.

Cinemark USA accepted for payment all notes validly tendered and not validly withdrawn in the tender offer and made payment on March 16.

The remaining notes will be redeemed on April 15 at par plus interest.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.

Cinemark is a Plano, Tex.-based motion picture exhibitor.
