Bank Norwegian buys back SEK 40 million, NOK 381 million notes

Chicago, March 11 – Bank Norwegian AS has bought back notes from two series of its bonds in redemptions that will settle on March 18, according to a press release.

The bank is purchasing SEK 40 million of its BANKN22 notes (ISIN NO0010848583) at 100.589 based on Stibor plus 30 basis points.

Additionally, the bank is buying NOK 381 million of its BANKN23 notes (ISIN: NO0010848591) at 101.048 based on Nibor plus 50 bps.

The BANKN23 notes will be retained on the issuer’s own book after the buyback. The amount outstanding will be SEK 152 million for the BANKN22 notes after settlement.
