Real People Investment to partially redeem SEK bonds, NOK bonds

New York, March 10 – Real People Investment Holdings Ltd. plans to redeem SEK 6,210,237.44 of its SEK 260 million bonds (ISIN: SE0005392560) and NOK 4,833,340.19 of its NOK 135 million bonds (ISIN: NO0010689342), according to a news release.

The partial redemption of the SEK bonds will be made on March 31 as partial prepayments of all outstanding bonds by reducing the registered amount of each bond by an amount of SEK 47,904.

The nominal amount registered does not include capitalized interest, so the repayment will appear to be made at a price of 102.07813. The amount is rounded down to the nearest SEK 1.00 per SEK bond.

The NOK bonds will be partially redeemed on March 31 through pro rata payments to the bondholders. The company will redeem bonds with a total registered amount of NOK 4,723,487.

The outstanding nominal amount registered does not include capitalized interest, so the repayment will appear to be made at a price of 102.32568. The amount is rounded down to effect a pro rata repayment to the bondholders.
