India’s Adani Ports to redeem 3.95% notes due 2022 at 103.4

New York, Feb. 26 – Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd. plans to redeem its $78,826,000 outstanding 3.95% notes due 2022 (Cusips: Y00130HS9, 00652MAC6) at $1,034.266656 per $1,000 of notes, according to a company announcement.

Adani will pay a premium of $29.329156 per $1,000 of notes for a total premium of $5,244,815.651.

The total redemption price including $882,953.375 of interest is $184,953,769.026.

Adani is based in Mundra, India.
