Consti to redeem €3.2 million perpetual hybrid bonds

New York, Feb. 25 – Consti plc to fully redeem outstanding €3.2 million perpetual hybrid bonds issued March 29, 2019 (ISIN: FI4000375357), according to a news release.

The bonds will be redeemed March 29 at par plus interest.

Consti is a renovation and technical services company based in Helsinki.
