Sensata to redeem $750 million 6¼% senior notes due 2026

New York, Feb. 3 – Sensata Technologies Holdings plc’s indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Sensata Technologies UK Financing Co., plc, plans to fully redeem its $750 million outstanding 6¼% senior notes due 2026 (Cusips: 81727TAA6, G806YAA6), according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed March 5 at 103.125 plus interest.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

Sensata is an Almelo, Netherlands-based supplier of sensing, electrical protection, control and power management services.
