CIFI Holdings to fully redeem $246.91 million perpetual securities

New York, Feb. 1 – CIFI Holdings (Group) Co. Ltd. plans to fully redeem its outstanding $246,908,000 senior perpetual capital securities (ISIN: XS1732152589), according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed March 1 at par plus any distribution.

Following the redemption, the securities will be canceled and CIFI will apply for withdrawal of the listing.

Citicorp International Ltd. is the trustee.

CIFI is a property development, investment and management business with headquarters in Shanghai.
