Endurance unit delays redemption of 10 7/8% notes due 2024

New York, Jan. 29 – EIG Investors Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Endurance International Group Holdings, Inc., delayed its full redemption of its 10 7/8% senior notes due 2024 to Feb. 10 from Feb. 1, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

As previously reported, the notes will be redeemed at 102.719 plus interest.

The redemption is conditioned on the consummation of the closing of the merger of Endure Digital, Inc. with and into Endurance.

Wilmington Trust, NA is the trustee.

EIG is a Burlington, Mass.-based provider of web hosting and online services.
