Valoe converts €74,000 convertibles to shares at Winance’s request

New York, Jan. 21 – Valoe Corp. is converting a €74,000 portion of its convertible notes into shares of the company at a conversion price of €0.05 per share, according to a news release.

The conversion of the notes is being made at the request of Winance, which entered into a financing arrangement with Valoe on April 22, 2020. The conversion is the latest in an ongoing series that began in May 2019.

Under the latest conversion, Valoe will transfer 1.48 million treasury shares to Winance. After the transfer, Valoe will have 12,285,616 total treasury shares.

Valoe specializes in clean energy, especially in photovoltaic technology, and is based in Mikkeli, Finland.
