Scotland’s SSE to redeem £750 million capital securities in full

Chicago, July 27 – SSE plc plans to redeem its £750 million capital securities (ISIN: XS1196714429) in full with a settlement on Sept. 10, according to company announcement.

The redemption will be at par plus interest.

The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch is the paying agent, and BNY Mellon Corp. Trustee Services Ltd is the trustee.

SSE plc is a renewable electricity generator based in Perth, Scotland.
