ISS Global to repay €300 million note due 2021 with new notes

By Rebecca Melvin

New York, June 30 – ISS Finance BV, a subsidiary of ISS Global A/S, plans to repay €300 million of medium-term notes maturing in January 2021 with proceeds of new notes, according to a company release.

ISS has issued a €500 million, five-year note with a 1¼% coupon. The proceeds will also be used to further bolster the group’s liquidity position.

The repayment of the 2021 notes pushes all meaningful maturities to 2024 and beyond, the company said.

The workplace and facility management company is based in the Netherlands.
