Energi Danmark seeks consents to extend Kr 750 million floaters

Olympia, Wash., May 6 – Energi Danmark A/S announced a consent solicitation for its outstanding Kr 750 million senior floating-rate notes (ISIN: DK0030400973).

Energi Danmark is soliciting consents from noteholders to approve that the final maturity date of the notes is extended to June 22, 2021 from June 22, 2020.

As compensation for the extension, the issuer is offering noteholders compensation in total of up to 1.5% of the nominal amount of the outstanding notes.

Of the total compensation, 1% is to be paid at redemption of the notes either at the final maturity date or earlier in connection with a refinancing call.

Receipt of compensation of the early consent fee of 0.5% is subject to the noteholder submitting a valid voting instruction in favor of the proposal to the solicitation agent before the early consent fee deadline, 11 a.m. ET on May 20.

The final consent deadline is 11 a.m. ET on June 3.

The solicitation agent is Nordea Bank Abp (nordealiabilitymanagement@nordea.com, +45 61 36 03 79).

Energi supplies electricity and trades oil and gas products in Sweden, Finland, Norway and Germany. The company is based in Aarhus, Denmark.
