A.P. Moller-Maersk to redeem €1 billion 1.75% notes on Dec. 12

Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 25 – A.P. Moller – Maersk A/S will redeem all of its outstanding €1 billion 1.75% notes due 2021 on Dec. 12, according to an announcement.

The redemption price is par plus the sum of the present values of the nominal amount outstanding of the notes and the remaining term interest, in each case as determined using a reference date of Dec. 9. The company will also pay accrued interest.

A.P. Moller-Maersk is an integrated container shipping company based in Copenhagen.
