Marble Arch set to redeem all mortgage-backed floaters in December

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 14 – Marble Arch Residential Securitisation No. 4 plc notified holders that it intends to redeem all of its mortgage-backed floating-rate notes on the interest payment date falling in December.

The issuer said the mortgage administrator delivered a notice confirming that it is exercising its option to purchase all of the loans and the collateral security from the issuer in December.

The following notes will be redeemed:

• $201.4 million of class A1b mortgage-backed floating-rate notes due June 2023;

• £145 million of class A1c mortgage-backed floating-rate notes due June 2023;

• $250.5 million of class A2b mortgage-backed floating-rate notes due March 2040;

• £56 million of class A2c mortgage-backed floating-rate notes due March 2040;

• £231 million of class A3c mortgage-backed floating-rate notes due March 2040;

• €36.4 million of class B1a mortgage-backed floating-rate notes due March 2040;

• $27.1 million of class B1b mortgage-backed floating-rate notes due March 2040;

• £20 million of class B1c mortgage-backed floating-rate notes due March 2040;

• €43.45 million of class C1a mortgage-backed floating-rate notes due March 2040;

• £15 million of class C1c mortgage-backed floating-rate notes due March 2040;

• €20.7 million of class D1a mortgage-backed floating-rate notes due March 2040;

• £26 million of class D1c mortgage-backed floating-rate notes due March 2040;

• £8.4 million of class DTc mortgage-backed floating-rate notes due March 2040;

• £25.2 million of class E1c mortgage-backed floating-rate notes due March 2040;

• £5.88 million of class ETc mortgage-backed floating-rate notes due March 2040; and

• £420,000 of class FTc mortgage-backed floating-rate deferrable interest notes due March 2040.
