Southern Pacific Securities 05-3 to redeem 14 note series in December

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 7 – Southern Pacific Securities 05-3 plc gave notice that it will redeem all of its notes due 2025 and 2043 on the interest payment date falling in December.

The following are included in the redemption:

• €131 million of class A1a mortgage-backed floating-rate notes due 2025;

• $100 million of class A1b mortgage-backed floating-rate notes due 2025;

• €130 million of class A2a mortgage-backed floating-rate notes due 2043;

• £105 million of class A2c mortgage-backed floating-rate notes due 2043;

• €24 million of class B1a mortgage-backed floating-rate notes due 2043;

• £11 million of class B1c mortgage-backed floating-rate notes due 2043;

• €9 million of class C1a mortgage-backed floating-rate notes due 2043;

• £12 million of class C1c mortgage-backed floating-rate notes due 2043;

• €10.3 million of class D1a mortgage-backed floating-rate notes due 2043;

• £3 million of class D1c mortgage-backed floating-rate notes due 2043;

• £9.2 million of class DTc mortgage-backed floating-rate notes due 2043;

• £4 million of class E1c mortgage-backed floating-rate notes due 2043;

• £4.8 million of class ETc mortgage-backed floating rate notes due 2043; and

• £4 million of class FTc deferrable interest notes due 2043.
