European Credit (Luxembourg) seeks to extend series 403 notes

Chicago, Sept. 26 – European Credit (Luxembourg) SA is seeking to extend the maturity of its series 403 medium-term notes.

The issuer wants to push the maturity date from October 2019 to October 2020, specifically five business days after the interest rate date.

The issuer is requesting that holders agree to the extension by delivering acceptance notices to agent Euroclear/Clearstream by Oct. 3.

The investment management company is based in Luxembourg.
