Suez Environnement tenders for €500 million subordinated perpetuals

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 3 – Suez Environnement Co. launched a tender offer to repurchase any and all of its €500 million subordinated perpetual notes issued in 2014 with a first repayment option on June 23, 2020, according to a notice.

The tender offer is subject to a new issue of €500 million subordinated perpetual notes.

Based in Paris, Suez Environnement is an international water and waste management services company.
