Credit Agricole calls £300 million, €550 million fixed-to-floaters

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 27 – Credit Agricole SA will redeem its £300 million undated deeply subordinated fixed-to-floating rate notes and its €550 million undated deeply subordinated fixed-to-floating rate notes on Oct. 26, according to a notice.
The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date.
Both series of notes were originally issued on Oct. 26, 2009.
Credit Agricole is a Paris-based bank.
