Goodman’s GELF redeems €400 million 1.75% notes at make-whole price

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 20 – GELF Bond Issuer I SA redeemed its €400 million of 1.75% notes due Nov. 22, 2021 guaranteed by GELF Management (Lux) Sarl as manager for Goodman European Logistics Fund FCP-FIS on Tuesday, according to a notice.

The notes were redeemed at a make-whole redemption amount determined by BNP Paribas as determination agent. The make-whole price was not disclosed in Tuesday’s notice.

The issuer also paid accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date. The reference date is Aug. 13.

Goodman invests in logistics real estate across Europe.
