Goodman’s GELF plans to redeem €400 million 1.75% notes on Aug. 20

Olympia, Wash., July 19 – GELF Bond Issuer I SA exercised the call option on its €400 million of 1.75% notes due Nov. 22, 2021 guaranteed by GELF Management (Lux) SARL as manager for Goodman European Logistics Fund FCP-FIS.

The notes will be redeemed on Aug. 20 at a make-whole redemption amount to be determined by BNP Paribas as determination agent, according to the company notice.

The issuer also will pay accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date. The reference date is Aug. 13.

Goodman invests in logistics real estate across Europe.
