Ensemble Investment redeems $907,222 of series 2019-01 discount notes

Olympia, Wash., July 8 – Ensemble Investment Corp. SA redeemed $907,222 of its $229,484,816 0.77% series 2019-01 limited recourse secured discount notes due December 2023, according to a notice.

The notes were redeemed on July 5.

They were originally issued under the company’s secured note program.

Ensemble Investment is a real estate company based in Luxembourg.
