BCC SME Finance 1 redeems €1.53 billion asset-backed notes

Columbus, Ohio, July 5 – BCC SME Finance 1 SRL redeemed its €1,533,000,000 of class A asset-backed floating-rate notes due May 2060 on the May 29 payment date, according to a notice filed with the London Stock Exchange.

The notes were issued on Aug. 10, 2012.
